Raymond Thorpe "Ray" Thompson, 67 years of age, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away suddenly on November 23, 2018.
He was the beloved husband of Vicki Lee Thompson (nee Colmery); loving father of Justin Thorpe Thompson (Carrie) and Jaime Rae Thompson; dear brother of Katherine Wiley (John) and Edmund Andy Thompson, III (Kathleen); devoted grandfather of Campbell Cole Thompson and Savannah Leigh Thompson; predeceased by his parents Edmund A. Thompson, Jr. and Harriett B. Thompson (nee Thorpe); also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.
Ray was a champion golfer; successful hardworking businessman; faithful Christian, husband, father, brother, and friend.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service Tuesday 10:30 AM at Bethany Evangelical Church, 5 Concord Ave., Havertown, PA where the family will greet friends from 9:30 to 10:25 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ray's memory to the J. Wood Platt Caddie Scholarship Trust, 1974 Sproul Rd., Suite 400, Broomall, PA 19008.
