Richard T. Helms

Richard Thomas Helms, 81, of Wayne, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023.

Richard was born in 1942 to the late Walter O. and Catherine Helms (Cusak). He attended St. Katherine of Siena and proudly worked there for 36 years. He enjoyed spending time with his great great nephews and nieces and proud patron of Joe’s Place.

Richard was preceded in death by his siblings Sonny Helms, Dorothy (Tony) Belisario, Ruth McNelis, Mary K. Helms, and David Helms. He is survived by his nephews and niece Steve (Margie) McNelis, Mark (Mary) McNelis, Ken Belisario, and Dee Belisario, great nieces and nephew Kelly McNelis, Jessica (Joseph) Distefano, Sami McNelis, Rachel (Andy) Cautilli, and Andy Belisario, and many great great nephews and nieces.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday, January 4, 2024 at St. Katharine of Siena Church, 104 S. Aberdeen Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
