Rita Brake

Rita S. Brake, age 94, of Broomall, PA, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2021.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (nee Amarando) Salandra.

Rita was the beloved wife of the late Edward T. Brake; the loving mother of John E. Brake (Nancy) and Maryann Eberhart (Steve); the devoted grandmother of Joey, Kevin, Matthew, Nicholas, and David and the great-grandmother of Lucas.  She was predeceased by her sisters, Antoinette Salandra, Florance Salandra, and Ella Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing, Saturday, October 30, 2021, 9:30 – 10:30 AM, at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA  19008, followed by her Funeral Mass, 10:30 AM.  Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
