Robert Benditt, Sr.

Robert P. “Bob” Benditt, Sr., 93, passed away on July 12, 2021. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Mary Jo (nee David) Benditt, his parents Frederick S. and Marie (nee Baker) Benditt, and his 9 siblings.

Bob loved to play chess and even taught chess to children. He enjoyed painting (both oil & acrylic), playing the organ, going to family reunions, parties and any type of family gatherings. He was the heart of his family and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bob is survived by his loving son, Robert “Bob” Benditt (Michelle), and his adoring grandchildren, Robert & Kailey Benditt, as well as his longtime companion, Lorraine Ragnone, and her daughter, Linda Jones, and her children, Melissa Hayden (Joe) and Nicky Jones.

Family and friends are invited to Bob’s Viewing on Friday July 16, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070, followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made in Bob’s name to your local food bank.
