Robert N. Brown, 70, of West Chester, PA passed away on February 20, 2019.
Born in 1948 in Atlanta, GA, he was the beloved son of the late Paul and Jennette (Pageler) Brown.
He worked for over 31 years as a Union Rep for both Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) and Delaware State Education Association (DSEA). He was a lifelong union advocate.
Bob was an avid reader, who also loved bird watching, especially in Cape May, NJ. He was funny and his sense of humor left everyone with a favorite "Bob Brown" story. Bob was a big Phillies fan.
He was the beloved husband of Barbara A. (Ferguson) Brown; loving father of Lisa King (Craig) and Denise Schlesinger (Andy); devoted grandfather of Grace and Ian Schlesinger and Erin King; adored uncle of Michelle Ferguson and Joanna Gagliardi.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 9:15-10:20 AM Thursday, February 28, 2019 at SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, 1325 Boot Rd, West Chester, PA followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
