Robert D. Costigan, age 66, of East Fallowfield, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on February 11, 2018. Beloved son of the late Helen Lohbrandt (nee Keough). Loving brother of Denise Hecker and the late Patricia Markley, Joseph Costigan and Helen Costigan. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
