ROBERT J. LINDNER, JR. "BOBBY", 32, of West Chester, PA and formerly of Drexel Hill passed away on May 16, 2018.
Bobby was born in Upper Darby in 1986 and worked in retail sales.
He enjoyed sports and played with Springfield Ice Hockey Club, Upper Darby Ice Hockey Club, Haverford Hawks, West Chester Henderson, Shippensburg Hockey and various adult men's leagues. He mentored younger hockey players at West Chester Henderson.
Bobby loved spending time with his son, Owen, swimming and just being together. He was an avid beer and outdoor sports enthusiast and also a Phillies and Flyers fan.
Bobby was the beloved son of Robert J. Sr. and Jacqueline (Cahill) Lindner; loving father of Owen Robert Lindner; dear brother of Nicole Lindner; beloved grandson of Jack and the late Helen Lindner and the late Agnes Cahill; dear nephew of Sarah Connor (Dennis), Dana Phillips (James), John Lindner, Joanne Cahill, Maureen Hughes (John), Eileen Suplee (James), Deborah Avellino (Vincent) and Pat Cahill (Dan Powell). Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends and Owen's mother, Meghan Kane Lindner.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 9:00-11:30 AM Thursday, May 24, 2018 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000 followed by his Funeral Service 11:30 AM. Int. Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.
