Robert J. Tarra (Bobby) age 40 of Millsboro, DE, formerly of West Chester, PA went to be with the Lord and his mom on September 1, 2016.

Born July 17, 1976 in Chester, PA he was the youngest son of Anthony J. Tarra and the late Marcia K. Tarra. He was a graduate of West Chester East High School, West Chester, PA (1996) and attended Hiram G Andrews Center Vocational School (2002).

He is survived by beloved siblings, Lynn-Marie Langnas (Tarra) and Anthony E. Tarra (Julie), uncle to Aaron Langnas, a nephew and cousin to countless family members, and a friend to all.

Paralyzed at an early age, this did not hinder his spirits or his ambition to excel and achieve numerous awards through various sports and activates such as swimming, karate and wheelchair racing. One of his greatest achievements was becoming an Eagle Scout (Troop 149), and the lifelong relationships that developed through scouting.

Bobby's hobbies were numerous but most notable was seeing his postings of bingo winnings with mom and girls on facebook, his love for garage sales, and enjoying crabs with his mom. Not to mention a slight obsession with all things NASCAR "Go Dale Jr. and Jeff Gordon is a crybaby".
