Ronald J. Cornell, age 65, an 18 year resident of Coatesville, PA, formerly of Glenolden, PA, passed away on March 28, 2015. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Frank F. and Jeanette R. Cornell (nee Broccolini).
Ron was a 1968 graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School and a 1972 graduate of St. Joseph University. He was employed as a Senior Tax Advisor with H&R Block in Downingtown, PA.
He loved spending time with his family and his dogs.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 32 years Judith A. Cornell (nee Zabylski). He is survived by his sister Linda (Brian, Sr.) Otruba, his son Jarrad Scardino, his nieces and nephews Elizabeth, Margaret and Brian Otruba, Jr. and Jeffrey and JJ Murphy and his sister-in-law Joann Murphy.
Services and interment are private per Ron's final request.
Contributions in his memory to the Chester County SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 would be appreciated.
