Ronald Wayne Strandberg

Ronald Wayne Strandberg, of Lansdowne, PA, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and respected member of the accounting community, passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 74.

Born on June 7, 1950, in Buffalo, NY, Ron was the son of the late Richard Wayne and the late Ruth Vera (née Whiteman) Strandberg. He was the beloved husband of Mildred (née Maguire) Strandberg for many years. Ron was the father of Jim (Alicia) Strandberg, Erin Strandberg, and Alex Strandberg, and the proud grandfather of James, Luke, and Laura.

In addition to his immediate family, Ron is survived by his siblings Richard Albert (Susan), Robert Allen, Roger William, Sharon Renee, and Roy David (Jaime). He was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Ruth Treston.

Ron had a love for college basketball, always cheering for Duke. An avid reader, he also found joy in watching his children and grandchildren play soccer, cheering loudly at every game. His presence on the soccer field will be missed.

Services will be private.
