Rosemary C. Alvaré (nee Cosgrove), 88 years of age, passed away on November 6, 2014, formerly of Berwyn and Wayne, PA.
Born in Lansdowne, PA to the late Helen (nee Donovan) and Peter J. Cosgrove, Rosemary was a 1948 graduate of Rosemont College.
Rosemary was the beloved wife of the late Louis J. Alvaré and is survived by her loving children Charles J. (Claire), Rodie Alvaré-Henson, Anita M. Gaynor (George), Helen Alvaré Duggan (Brian) and the late Louise Alvaré. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday, November 12th from 9:00-10:20 AM at St. Katharine of Siena Church, 104 South Aberdeen Avenue, Wayne, PA, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St. Joseph's Villa-Flourtown, 110 W. Wissahickon Avenue, Flourtown, PA 19031 would be appreciated.
