Ruth A. Hart (nee Klinger), 82, of West Chester, PA passed away on July 25, 2017.
Born in Coatesville, PA in 1934, she was the daughter of the late Ivan Klinger and Grace Koch and Stepfather Arthur Koch.
She was the beloved wife of the late Frank E. Hart, mother of Jean DiNicola. She is survived by her brother Arthur Koch, and sister Shirley Urbine and late sister Rosmary Chestnuet.
Memorial and Internment will be private.
