Ruth C. Kershaw

Ruth C. Kershaw, age 83, of West Chester, PA, passed away on April 22, 2023.

Born in 1939 in Springfield, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Ralph C. and Ruth (nee Bitgood) Channell.

Ruth worked at Westminster Presbyterian as the church secretary for many years until she retired to spend time with her friends and dote on her husband, Barry.  She found great joy being a part of the Westminster Knitters, fellowshipping with her lunch bunch group and spending Saturdays with her friends at the Amish Market.

Ruth was the beloved wife of Lester Barry Kershaw; loving mother of Barry R., David S.; favorite mother-in-law of Shelley; passionate "grandmama" to Hayden, Channell, Matthew, Sarah and Bethany; and loving sister to Anne Channel, Jerry Channell, and the late Norm Channell.

Services are to be determined in the near future at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
