Ruth C. Polchek, 92, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on May 5, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Alice (nee Lyons) Gross.
She was the loving mother of Stephen J. Polchek (Alison), Marianne E. Dolan (Jack), and Kathleen A. Kennedy (Mark). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and three Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Regina Yakutchik and her brother John Gross.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday, May 13, 2017 at St. Joseph Church, 460 Manor Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ruth's memory may be made to Aid for Friends, 12271 Townsend Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19154.
