Ruth Trinkle (nee Greer), age 83, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on March 22, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Greer (nee Winters).
Ruth was employed as a cook and housekeeper at Holy Spirit Rectory in Sharon Hill, PA. She retired in 2013.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Steven Trinkle, her siblings Charles Greer, Helen Goodrich and Mary Angeline and her grandson, Terry McGovern. She is survived by her loving children Stephen Trinkle, Jr., Linda McGovern (Terrance) and Carmen Trinkle (Marybeth), her grandchildren Amber, Margo, Suzanne, Stephanie, Skyy, Summer and Stephen, eight great-grandchildren and her daughter-in-law Tonya.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Tuesday, March 28, 2017 9:30-10:00 AM St. Cyril of Alexandria Church, 153 Penn Blvd., East Lansdowne, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
