Ryan Howarth

Ryan Patrick Howarth, of South Philadelphia, was called home to the Lord on Friday, August 7, 2020. The youngest of 3 children of Colleen (nee Kerr) and Richard Howarth, Ryan was born in Springfield (Delaware County). He was a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School and Kaplan Career Institute.

Ryan was a skilled HVAC technician who loved his craft and to serve others. Family and friends will miss his contagious laugh, big heart, fun-loving spirit, dance moves, and passion for Philadelphia sports. Above all, Ryan had an unwavering faith in God and deeply loved his family.

Ryan is survived by his loving parents, his siblings Joseph (Kristy) Howarth and Elizabeth (Patrick) Mullen, his girlfriend Christin Westergom and her son, Robert, and his dog nephews, Howie and Mac.

Relatives and Friends are invited to his Visitation at 9:30 AM on Thursday, August 13th, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church, 2917 Dickinson St, Philadelphia, PA 19146. Interment private. Masks are to be worn to both the viewing and Funeral Mass, as well as following social distancing guidelines.
