Dalton, Sally A. age 89 passed on March 15, 2017 of Newtown Sq. PA formerly of Wynnewood, PA.
Beloved daughter of the late William A. and Jenny (Nee Sheerin) Dalton. Loving sister of Nancy Cancelmo, Jane Hughes, The late William A. Jr., Herbert M and John Dalton; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, a grand grand nephew, cousins and friends. Sally was a devoted aunt, affectionately known as "Big Red " by her nieces and nephews who were her world. She led an active life, played basketball in college at Drexel and was an avid skier and golfer. We will all remember her infectious laugh, hearty appetite and need for a new Buick every couple of years. But, it was her devout faith and love of family that touched each of our hearts and will always remain with us.
Relatives and friends may visit the family Tuesday from 9-9:50 AM at St. Coleman Church, 11 Simpson Road (corner of Lancaster and Argyle Rd), Ardmore, PA 19003 followed by her funeral mass 10 AM. Interment Calvary cemetery. W. Conshohocken, PA.
