Samuel Walsh

Samuel Lloyd "Sam" Walsh, 22, of West Chester, PA passed away on July 8, 2019.

Born in 1996 in Bryn Mawr, PA, he was the beloved son of Daniel and Cynthia (Laudermilch) Walsh.

He was the dear brother of Daniel J. Walsh Jr., Michael Andrew Walsh and Lance Corporal Nicholas Edward Walsh. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Sam was a 2015 graduate of West Chester East High School,

and was finishing his last year at Temple University.



Anyone that knew him, realized that Sam was never idle.

He was a member of the West Chester lacrosses league, GCVA travel association, a member of the SSJ CYO soccer and basketball league as well as playing on the JV soccer and JV and varsity lacrosse at West Chester East High School.

At Temple University Sam played inter mural softball and basketball.



He loved both saltwater and fresh water fishing and was an avid golfer.

Sam spent many summers at his grandparent's shore house in Stone Harbor, NJ fishing and body surfing.

He loved spending time with canine buddy, Buster, and took him on many hikes at Strasburg land preserve, the beach and Temple. Sam leaves a deep void, and will be deeply missed by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family 6:00-9:00 PM Thursday Eve, July 11, 2019 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA, 610-431-9000 and 10:00-11:00 AM Friday at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct, West Chester, PA followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Interment Private.
