Scott Michael Farley

(1989-2024) Scott M. Farley of Upper Darby passed away on August 7, 2024. Scott proudly became a painter as he worked for Farley’s Painting. He enjoyed working alongside of and learning from his brother, Greg. Scott loved fishing, playing video games, listening to music, and watching the Phillies. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Scott loved all animals and used his kind nature to take care of many, especially his rescue cat, Sweet Pea! He will be most remembered for his gentle soul, big heart, and willingness to help others. 

Scott was predeceased by his father, Gregory Farley Sr. and his brother, Robert (Baby Bobby) Farley. He is survived by his loving mother, Dorothy (Pixie) Farley; his siblings Kimberly Reardon (Dennis), Suzanne Carvin (Garry), Gregory Farley Jr., and Rebecca Farley (Michael); his nieces and nephews who adored their Uncle Scott: DJ, Chase, Garry Jr., Stella, Scarlett, Mason, Stevie, and Michael IV. In addition, he is also survived by his childhood best friend, Joey Grimley. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) at nami.org in memory of Scott. 

A public memorial greeting service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at Donohue Funeral Home located at 8401 West Chester Pike in Upper Darby, PA from 2pm-4pm.
