Shirley L. Thomas

Shirley L. Thomas (née Linke), 89, of West Chester, PA passed away December 1, 2023.

Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1934, Shirley was the daughter of the late Albert C. and Edna M. (née Davidson) Linke.

She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Gilbert “Gil” Thomas; loving step-mother of Lauren Suhre (Neil), Jennifer Crain (Michael), Scott B. Thomas (Laura) and Kristen Fiorito; adoring step-grandmother to Megan, Galen, Taylor, Alex, Anna, Nicholas and Joshua. Also survived by her friend and mother to her step-children, Vivian Coscia.

Shirley worked as a Production Coordinator for National Publishing Company in Philadelphia.

She was a member of the Washington Memorial Chapel, and devoted volunteer in the Cabin Shop at the Chapel for over 20 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 10:00-10:30 AM Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Washington Memorial Chapel, 2000 Valley Forge Park Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406, followed by her Funeral Service 10:30 AM and interment, in the cemetery, immediately after service.
