Silvio Michael Piemonte, 63, of Crownsville, MD passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2017, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in 1954, in Lawrence Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Peter and Carmela (Marchese) Piemonte.
Silvio was a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell Tech, with a bachelor's degree in economics and was a retired financial advisor and buyer.
He enjoyed spending his free time hiking, traveling, tinkering, being the family handyman and mechanic, outdoorsman, jack of all trades, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife Sharon Ann Piemonte; his siblings Lidia Desrochers, Sam Piemonte, Vincent Piemonte, Josephine Hughes, Connie Ganem; his children Alyssa Ann & Joseph Michael Arcidiacono, Robert Michael & Ana Cecilia Piemonte, Christi Marie & Jeremy Michael Walsh, Nicholas Albert & Leanne Elizabeth Polidore, and Thomas Edward & Jessica Knight; and his 7 grandchildren: Liam, Lyra, Charlene, Giovanni, Antonio, Adrianna, and Tyler.
Silvio was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, uncle, son and brother. We were all blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Silvio during our time with him, among them: One man's trash is another man's treasure, a penny saved is a penny earned, always stay true to yourself, if it is broken fix it, the best food is homemade or home grown, there is no place like home, don't underestimate the power of a little elbow grease or hard work, and family is everything. We will miss your eyebrow raises, laughter, sense of humor, beautiful spirt, and larger life personality.
