Sr. Elizabeth Gorvin, S.H.C.J., formerly Mother Mary Berchmans Gorvin, passed away on December 25, 2014. Sister was 94 years old.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Bernard Joseph and Julia Gorvin (nee Cain).
Sister is survived by her nieces Betty Onik, Eileen Gorvin and Patricia Gorvin, her nephews Dr. John Gorvin (Kathleen), Thomas Gorvin, Stephen Gorvin, Robert Gorvin and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
Religious, relatives and friends are invited to Sister's Prayer Service on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 3:30 PM at New Sharon Chapel, 1341 Montgomery Avenue, Rosemont, PA and to her Memorial Mass on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 11:30 AM at New Sharon Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to The Holy Child Center, 1341 Montgomery Avenue, Rosemont, PA 19010 would be appreciated.
