Sr. Joan Marie Rigney, S.H.C.J., formerly Mother Mary Martin, passed away on July 8, 2016. Sister was 89 years old. Dear daughter of the late Douglas and May F. Rigney (nee Kehoe). Survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great-grand nieces and nephews.
Religious, relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass Wednesday, July 13, 2016 11:00 AM New Sharon Chapel, 1341 Montgomery Avenue, Rosemont, PA where friends may call in Chapel after 10:00 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery. A Wake Service will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 4:00 PM in New Sharon Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sister's memory to the Holy Child Center, 1341 Montgomery Avenue, Rosemont, PA 19010 would be appreciated.
