Sr. Mary Therese McCann, S.H.C.J., formerly Mother Mary Stanislaus, passed away on February 2, 2014. Sister was 94 years of age. Sister served in the U.S. Army during World War II. She was the daughter of the late James J. and Elizabeth M. McCann (nee Treacy). Sister is survived by her nieces Joanne McCann Cirone, Mary Lou McCann, Kathleen McCann Irvine, her nephew John McCann, a grand nephew and nieces and several grandnieces and nephews.
Religious, relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass Friday, February 7, 2014 11:00 AM New Sharon Chapel, Rosemont, PA where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
A Wake Service will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Holy Child Center, 1341 Montgomery Avenue, Rosemont, PA 19010.
