Susan B. Ferry (nee Greenawalt), 73, of West Chester, PA passed away on April 5, 2013 at Pembrooke Nursing Home in West Chester.
Born in Ridley Park, PA, Susan was the daughter of Grace (Schaefer) and Edwin Greenawalt, both deceased.
She worked was a Registered Nurse and worked at various facilities over the years, including Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Fair Acres Geriatric Center and Bryn Mawr Hospital.
Susan was the loving mother of Peggy McCaughern (John), John J. Ferry, Jr. (Anna), Daniel P. Ferry, Sr. (Deborah), Andrew M. Ferry and Susan Mary Young (Gary); dear grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved friend, Bob Stinson and her two sisters, Ruan Sexton (Ed) and Edwina Greenawalt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pembrooke Nursing Home, 1130 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382.
