Life Reflection:

Tammy (Arlene) Crump-Williams, was born on November 8th, 1942 in Philadelphia PA.  She was the third child to the late Henry W. Sr. and Mabel Crump.

In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward (Sonny) Crump, Henry (Junie) Crump Wayne (Alan) Crump, Gregory Crump, one sister Elaine Taylor (Harold), and her husband, Kenneth Williams.

Tammy went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2022 after a long struggle with health issues. Tammy was surrounded by a loving family and special friends to assist with her needs.

Tammy was baptized at an early age and attended Apostolic Church of God in Christ. In later years, Tammy was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel. Her passion was spreading the Gospel to those who felt lost, she was devoted to her calling, until she became ill.

Tammy received her education in the Philadelphia school system.  Tammy excelled at being a seamstress, beautiful formal dresses were her specialty. She could look at any item of clothing and duplicate it.

In addition to being a seamstress, she was also an artist.  Tammy could draw your portrait while sitting and having a conversation with you. Tammy modeled for a number of years, and she was known for her extensive wardrobe, always wearing the latest fashions. Tammy was also known for her love of dancing.  She loved going to affairs with her siblings. Her favorite types of dances were interpretive and the Bop. She enjoyed gatherings with family and friends.

Tammy was C.E.O. of her own Temporary Agency for a few years.  She also worked as a Paralegal, and prior to her illness, she worked as an independent transportation owner/operator.

Tammy leaves to cherish her memory, her sisters Vandelyn Roberts, Sharon Grandison (Charles) Loretta Profator (Carl) Shirley Smith (John), Michele Crump, her daughters Crystal and Tyra, her son Jeffrey, 5 grandchildren, her special sister/friend Elease Bradley, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Her vibrant smile we will forever miss.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Graveside Service on Thursday, February 17, 2022 11:00 AM at Montrose Cemetery, Upper Darby, PA.

The Graveside Service will be livestreamed at https://youtu.be/Uyj3TQCJN2Q

Memories

I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.  I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Dear Sister

Loving you now and always, you will forever be in our hearts, I wish we could rewind the years and have a fresh new start.  Yet another link in our chain is broken but we'd rather you be pain free; wrapped in the loving arms of our lord who waits for thee. Although your earthly time is over you did what you set out to do; rest well our dear sister a new journey has begun for you
