Teresa Maria McCormick (nee Phillips), age 78, of Chester Springs, PA, passed away peacefully at her home on December 2, 2015.
Born on September 25, 1937 in West Wyoming, PA, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Caroline Phillips (nee Szot). She was a graduate of West Wyoming High School and attended Ramapo College. She worked as a sales representative for various companies including Liberty Mutual, INMAC and Herff Jones at Villanova University.
Teresa was the beloved wife of the late Francis J. McCormick and the devoted mom of Karen Shadel (Fred), Eileen (John Frain), Frank J. (Cathy), John (Michelle), Kevin M. (Sibel) and Megan McCormick. She is also survived by her sister, Josephine Schillaci of Laflen, PA and four grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Wednesday, December 9, 2015 8:30-9:45 AM St. Elizabeth Church, 100 Fellowship Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425 and to her Memorial Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Teresa's name to St. Elizabeth Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 695, Uwchlan, PA 19480.
