Theresa M. "Terry" Choate (nee Sullivan), age 56, of Drexel Hill, PA, formerly of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on February 17, 2017.
Born in 1960, she was the daughter of Mary "Pat" Zion (nee Larkin). She was a graduate of Upper Darby High School and was employed with Giant Food Market in Lansdowne, PA.
Theresa was the loving mother of Billy Choate and Alesha Choate (fiance Jimmie); dear sister of James Sullivan (Maureen), Kathy Bartlett (Dan), Diane Zion, and Jackie Viscidi (Alex). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.) Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 followed by her Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Terry to Good Shepherd Hospice, 1800 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 would be appreciated.
