Theresa Lanni

Theresa Lanni, age 88, of Broomall, PA, passed away on June 29, 2021.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gus and Lucia (nee DiTizio) DiTomo.

Theresa loved her Lord Jesus and had a special connection to the Blessed Virgin Mary and Padre Pio.  She was extremely devoted to praying the rosary. Theresa’s whole world was her family.

Theresa was the beloved wife of the late Daniel D. Lanni; the loving mother of Lucille Tramo (Peter) and the late Francis Lanni.  She was devoted grandmother of Danalynn Volpe (Gene), Peter Tramo, Daniel Lanni and Lawrence Lanni, and cherished great-grandmoither of Gena Volpe and Isabella Volpe. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Ro DiTomo. She is predeceased by her siblings, Mary Cavarocchi, Lillian Rizzo, Susan Bucci, Rita Ford and Joe DiTomo.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Friday, July 9, 2021 9:30 – 10:30 AM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA  19008, followed by her Memorial Mass 10:30 AM.  Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
