Theresa L. Zietz

Theresa L. Zietz, 64, of East Fallowfield Township, PA passed away July 30, 2024. 

Born August 5, 1959 in Ridley Park, PA, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence, Sr. and Edith Jane (nee Barrett) Norkas. 

Terri was a graduate of Havertown High School and worked as a medical transcriptionist (aka Typing Terri.)

Terri has been a loving, and most kind wife and mother. Terri will be dearly missed by family and close friends. She will be remembered as an engaging Sunday School teacher, VBS worker and loved member of Grace Church Downingtown. She has been a stellar example of “...love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.” (1 Timothy 1:5) We celebrate her promotion to heaven and await our reunion at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. 

Terri was the beloved wife of Timothy R. Zietz; loving mother of Peter Norkas, Sr. (Karen), Brianna Taylor (Scott), Jeremy Zietz (Elizabeth) Ashley Semple (William), Daniel Zietz, and Michael Zietz; adoring grandmother of Emily, Cadence, Seamus, Payton, Bradley, Miranda, Ava, Lucas, Oliver, and Simone; and dear sister of Susan Battaglia (Armand) and Lawrence Norkas, Jr. (Melissa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her dog, Otie. Terri was predeceased by her grandson, Peter Norkas, Jr. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Friday, August 2, 2024 at Grace Church Downingtown, 111 Lloyd Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Internment at Hephzibah Cemetery, East Fallowfield Township.
