Thomas F. Dougherty, Jr., age 74, of Limerick, PA, passed away on March 16, 2017. Born in Chester, PA to the late Thomas F. and Mary (nee Hilbert) Dougherty, Sr.
Thomas was the beloved husband of Denice (nee Bonhage) Dougherty; loving father of Matthew T. (Heather) Dougherty; caring grandfather of Katelyn, Megan, and Lauren Dougherty, dear brother of Helen (Charles) Pancoast, Ann Friel, and Joseph (Eileen) Dougherty. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Tom Bonhage.
Relatives and Friends are invited to visit on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 9:30-11:00 AM, followed by his Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at the Donohue Funeral Home, 366 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087. Interment Private.
