Thomas A. Gamble, Jr.

Thomas A. Gamble, Jr., age 83, of Ardmore, PA, formerly of East Lansdowne, PA, passed away on July 2, 2023.

Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1940, he was the son of the late Thomas A., Sr. and Margaret E. (nee Black) Gamble. Thomas worked at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia. With the Navy, he traveled around the world. He loved drag racing hot rods and rebuilding their engines.

Thomas was the caring brother of Charles W. Gamble and Jean G. Frick (the late David); dear uncle of Beth Gamble, Amy Gamble, Bonnie McLaughlin, Jill Zajac, and Gretchen Mann.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:30-11:00 AM Thursday, July 13, 2023 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, 610-353-6300, followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
