Thomas Manion, Jr.

Thomas James Manion, Jr. age 86 of Wayne, Pa, passed away on July 23, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, on March 4, 1931, he was the son of the late Thomas James and Kathleen Manion, Sr. (nee Perkins).
Raised in the Fairmount Section of Philadelphia, he was a graduate of Roman Catholic High School and Villanova University. Thomas served honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was married to his lovely wife Margaret for 63 years and was employed as a Sales Engineer.
Thomas is survived by his beloved wife Margaret Manion (nee Kelly), his cherished children Thomas James Manion III ( Maureen), Michelle Maureen Manion, Christopher Michael Manion (Jennifer), and daughter-in-law Kathy Manion Hirata. Thomas was proud Pop-Pop of Rory John Manion and Siobhaun Bridget Manion. He is predeceased by his son, Stephen Francis Manion, and his siblings, James Manion, Marie Foley, Julie "Jules" Muldoon, and Kathleen Cassidy.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing, Thursday, July 27, 2017, 9 to 10 AM followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 AM at St. Isaac Jogues Parish Church, 50 W. Walker Road, Wayne, PA 19087, 610-687-3366. Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
