Tracy Anne Morris, 56, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away suddenly February 9, 2022.
Born August 16, 1965 in Secane, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Kennard and Nancy Jane (nee Hasselberg) Morris.
Tracy graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1983.
Even though Tracy bravely battled cancer for six years, she maintained a strong, positive mindset and affinity for taking care of those around her.
Tracy discovered her calling for nursing and elder care while taking care of her parents during their final years. She obtained her license as a CNA and joined the staff of Wesley Enhanced Living where she was adored by residents. Tracy had a passion for taking care of her patients; going above and beyond to show compassion, maintain dignity, and provide comfort.
Tracy also made it a priority to take care of her friends and family throughout her life and loved hosting family functions. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed sharing her recipes. She also had a passion for animals and giving back to the community.
During her spare time, Tracy enjoyed going to the ocean and visiting Cape May, where she had many wonderful memories throughout her childhood.
Tracy was also hilarious and fun loving. Her sense of humor and her commitment and love to family made her very special, especially during her darkest hours. There is no one that could ever replace her.
Tracy was the beloved wife of Bob Romanelli; loving mother of Jimmy Sliman, Chalie Farrell, and Sal Romanelli; dear sister of Marie Brandt (David); and caring aunt of Jennifer Sachs (Michael), Kristin Flentke (Jake), Jackie Magnifico (Matt), Nicole Morris, Olyvia Morris and Grayce Morris. She was predeceased by her brother, John Kennard Morris, Jr.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market St., Suite 2820, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
