Vera Geworkian

September 25, 1922 — November 5, 2013

Vera Geworkian (nee Dragunova), age 91, of Upper Darby, passed away on November 5, 2013. Born in Pleskau, Russia, she was the daughter of the late Alexi and Olga Dragunov. Vera was employed at Corestates Bank in Philadelphia for 25 years. She retired in 1992.

Vera is survived by her daughter Olga Leake, her grandchildren William M. Geworkian and Matthew D. Leake (Alexandra) and her great-grandchildren Dylan, William, Jr., and Mason. She was predeceased by her husband John I. Geworkian and her son Alexander F. Geworkian.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, November 9, 2013 9:00-10:50 AM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (Cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby (610) 449-0300 followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill.
