Veronica Spera

Veronica T. Spera (nee Brennan), age 85, of Aston, PA, formerly of Upper Darby, PA, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on May 27, 2014. Born in Collingdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Brennan (nee Donahue). She was a long time employee of the Watkins Senior Center in Upper Darby.



Veronica was predeceased by her husband George J. Spera, Sr., her son George J. Spera, Jr. and her daughter Roseann Spera. She is survived by her children Diane Salvitti (William), Joseph (Joanne), Veronica Mengini (Stephen), John (Lisa) and Gregory (Veronica), 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.



Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, June 2, 2014 9:00-10:30 AM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby (610) 449-0300 followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM St. Cyril of Alexandria Church, 153 Penn Blvd., East Lansdowne, PA. Interment will be private.
