Jean Cafer

Jean Cafer passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on December 29, 2022.

Jean, whose first name is Vilma but was only called that by her late brother, was often called Gram by her loved ones. She was the loving wife of the late Harry Cafer.  Jean was preceded in death by her brothers Leon and Jerry and survived by her brother Denny and sister Linda. She is also survived by her daughter Deborah Horan, granddaughter Kelly Gomez and her husband Matthew, grandson Andrew Horan and his wife Audrie.  She is also survived by three Great Grandchildren: Greyson, Chase and Rosalie.  Jean will be remembered for how much she deeply loved her family, her kind and good natured heart and for her never ending support for those she loved.  

Relatives and friends are invited to a small committal service at Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike, Frazer, PA 19355 on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 12:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, 6520 N. Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309-2132, msfocus.org, would be appreciated.
