Vincenzo Ceritano

Vincenzo Orazio Ceritano, Sr., 84, of West Chester, PA, passed away on January 28, 2020.

Born in Castel Castagna Teramo Abruzzo, Italy in 1935, he was the son of the late Umberto and Nerina (nee Mercuri) Ceritano. Vincenzo enjoyed playing bocce and cards. He was an active member of the Associazione Regionale Abruzzese Delco.

Vincenzo was the beloved husband of Teresa (nee Palombo) Ceritano; loving father of Mike Certiano (Frances), Lauren Ceritano-Lubar, and Vince Ceritano, Jr. (Jessica); caring grandfather of Julia, Marisa, Gabriella, Alex, and Mia.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00 -11:30 AM Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Court, West Chester, PA 19382, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, c/o Pediatric Cancer Unit, 34th & Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19104, would be appreciated.
