Virginia W. Fegley (nee Weaver), 90, of Coatesville, formerly of Paoli, passed away on January 26, 2016.
Born in 1925 in Windber, PA, she was the daughter of the late Abram and Cletus (nee Knavel) Weaver. Virginia worked as a chemist for Rohm and Haas.
She enjoyed gardening and cooking and was an advocate with the ARC of Chester County for individuals with mental disabilities and their right for an education.
She was the beloved wife of Kenneth A. Fegley; loving mother of Alan D. Fegley (Claire), John D. Fegley, and Paul A. Fegley (Gail); loving grandmother of Devon C. Adams (Doug), Erin L. Kaplan (Ari), and David Fegley; great-grandmother of Avery Adams; dear sister of Esther Shoup and Edwin Weaver. She was predeceased by her siblings; Evelyn Sergott, Verna Knupp, Emmert Weaver, Kenneth Weaver, Edythe Weiner, Gladys Weaver and Marian Bell.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service 3:00 PM Sunday, January 31, 2016 in the Chapel of Paoli Presbyterian Church, 225 S Valley Rd, Paoli, PA 19301.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Virginia's name may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
