Wendell E. Talbot, 90, of Allison Park, PA and formerly of Chester County, PA, passed away on May 8, 2013 at the Saxony Health Center in Saxonburg, PA.
Born in Huntington Park, CA, Wendell was the son of Betty (Lane) and Jack Earl Talbot, both deceased.
Wendell served honorably in the US Navy during World War II. He later worked as a Regional Sales Manager with E.I. DuPont Petroleum Chemicals Division in Wilmington, DE.
He was the loving husband of Edna C. (Montgomery) Talbot; loving father of Melissa Libby, Nanette DuBois, Victoria Hyde, Katherine Scarano and Christopher Talbot; beloved grandfather of eight grandchildren. Also survived by his niece, Johane Cherico.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:30-11:00 AM Saturday and to his Funeral Service immediately following at 11:00 AM at the Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610-269-3080. Interment will be at Birmingham-Lafayette Cemetery, West Chester.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Charity of Donor's Choice.
