William Patrick Busch

William Patrick "Bill" Busch, age 66, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on October 2, 2023 surrounded by his family.

Born in Coatesville, PA in 1957, Bill was the son of the late William Franklin and Marie (nee Florian) Busch. He graduated from Great Valley High School in 1974 and from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Calgary, Canada. Bill and was a proud Union carpenter with Local 465 for over 30 years before he retired. He was a supporter of the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church. Bill was very particular about cutting his grass and washing his car. He enjoyed fishing, hiking with his dog, Ollie, and vacationing with his family in Ocean City, MD.

Bill was the loving father of William David Busch (Francine Charbonneau) and Kathryn Busch; caring grandfather of William Aidan Busch and Taylor Simone Busch; dear brother of Dr. Stephen Busch and Carol Busch; predeceased by his 'bonus son', Colin Cline.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 12:00-1:30 PM Saturday, October 14, 2023 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610-269-380, followed by his Life Celebration at 1:30 PM. Interment private.
