William Kuchera

William F. Kuchera, age 86, of Springfield, PA, passed away on March 16, 2019. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Paul and Helen (nee Szucs) Kuchera. William served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was employed as a programmer for Arco Company. William was an avid Phillies fan and stamp collector. His most treasured time was spent with his family. William was the beloved husband of Anne (nee Taylor) Kuchera; the loving father of Bill F. Kuchera (Mary), Evelyn Service (Ted), Paul Kuchera (Mary), Bob Kuchera (Sue) and Chris Kuchera (Kelly). He was the cherished grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 5. He was the dear brother of Claire Thompson, and is also survived by his former daughter-in-law, Arleen Kuchera. Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation, Friday, March 29, 2019, at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070, 610-544-0600, followed by his Celebration of Life at 12:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name to American Heart Association, 1617 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103, would be appreciated.
