William Luskus

William T. "Bill" Luskus, age 72, of Newtown Square, PA, passed away suddenly on September 1, 2018.

Born on September 29, 1945 in Darby, PA, he was the son of the late George P. and Kathryn (nee Coakley) Luskus.

Bill was an avid golfer and longtime member at Overbook Golf Club. He served on the board for sixteen years, two of which he was President. He enjoyed his final round the morning of his death. He loved to read, follow politics and enjoyed cooking for his family. He graduated from LaSalle University with an accounting degree. He had previously attended St. Joseph's Preparatory Seminary in Princeton. He went on to receive his Law degree from Temple University. He practiced law for forty years in Delaware County. A faithful man, he loved spending time with his family, particularly enjoying his grandchildren.

Bill was the Beloved Husband of Kathleen "Kathy" Luskus (nee Goach). Loving Father of Michael Defina (Tracy), Robet Defina (Amy DiDonato) and David Defina. Dear Brother of George Luskus (Marsha), Anne McDonald and Kathryn Groller (Jim). Grandfather "Gramp" of Anna Grace, Gavin, Nicholas, Thomas and Brielle. Bill was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday, September 6, 2018, 6:00-8:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA (610) 353-6300 and Friday, September 7, 2018, 10:00-10:50 AM at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Road, Media, PA followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment SS Peter&Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
