Xinghai Dai

Xinghai Dai, age 94, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on January 20, 2022. Born in Honghe, China, he was the son of the late Yongfu Dai and Zhuliu Hou.

Xinghai enjoyed Tai Chi, reading, and singing. He loved educating young minds and enjoyed his job as a school teacher.

Xinghai was the beloved husband of Ruoqi He; loving father of Xiaohong Dai (Zejun Chen), Yimin Dai (Xiaoyan Yang), Xiaoyan Dai (Bo Wen); caring grandfather of four grandchildren; adoring great-grandfather of one great-grandchild; devoted brother of three siblings.

Services and Interment are Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Ste. 1509, New York, NY 10018, would be appreciated.
