Timothy D'Apollo

Timothy John D'Apollo, 38, of Swarthmore, PA  passed away on August 20,2O21.  As an organ donor he was able to give the "gift of life" with his passing. Tim was a proud Army veteran who served his country for many years. He was honorably discharged with multiple medals. He enjoyed the companionship of his dog Rufus, playing his guitar, watching football; especially the Eagles and the Alabama Crimson Tide, camping in Maryland, and spending time with his family. Tim was a compassionate, courageous, Ioyal, humorous, and selfless person who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Tim is survived by his parents Michael and Anne "Nancie" D'Apollo, his sister Amanda C. Eshenbaugh (Stephen), nephews Daniel & Shane Eshenbaugh, niece Josephine Eshenbaugh, his dog Rufus and many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Family & friends are invited to his viewing 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM  on Friday, August 27, 2021, at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home 745 Kedron Ave. Morton, PA 19070 followed by his funeral service at 12:00 PM.  lnterment will be private. ln lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made in Tim's name to Alpha Bravo Canine, P.O. Box 16030 Phila, Pa 79774 alphabravocanine.org, who raise, train and donate service dogs to disabled U.S military veterans.
