Zimran Gohar, MD

Zimran Gohar, MD, age 34, of Broomall, PA, tragically passed on July 12, 2021.

Born in Multan, Pakistan, he was the son of the late Dominic and Bimla Gohar.

Dr. Gohar was a multi-talented instrumentalist who delighted in playing the piano, electric guitar, cello and the violin.  He loved food and enjoyed motorcycles.  Most of all, he cherished his family and being able make a difference in people’s lives as a medical doctor at the Temple University Hospital Jeanes Campus in Philadelphia.

Dr. Gohar was the beloved husband of Sonia C. Bhatti; the loving father of Zion Adam Zimran and Zachary Asher Zimran; the treasured brother of Tabita Gohar and Nouman Gohar.  Dr. Gohar will be truly missed by his precious family, his friends and his many colleagues.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, Monday, July 19, 2021, 9:30 – 11:30 at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA  19008, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM.  Interment at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.

Immediately following Interment, a luncheon reception will be held at Kabobeesh Hall, 9131 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA  19082, 267-784-6976 until 4:00 PM.
